Today’s travelers crave meaningful travel. My job as your travel advisor is to become an expert on you: learn about your travel style and preferences then design authentic experiences that connect you not only to your destination, but your traveling companions as well. I take the guesswork and overwhelm off your plate so that you can relax and enjoy your vacation every time.
The Process
COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION
The planning process starts with a phone call where you share your visions of your perfect trip. We’ll discuss timing, budget and the highlights you hope to include.
CUSTOM ITINERARY PLANNING, DESIGN, & BOOKING
If after the consultation we decide to work together, I will create a custom designed itinerary based on your vision. It is a collaboration between you, your traveling companions and KM Travel Design. We will work together until your itinerary matches your dream trip. You save hours of research on your own and have destination expertise working for you.
EVERY DETAIL MANAGED
As your travel date approaches you will receive all the important documents and details in an organized file, on-line, and a downloadable application if you choose. KM Travel Design will also be available for you to answer any questions and provide assistance before, during and after your trip.

There are countless options and I will find the one best suited for your trip, whether it be boutique hotels, large resorts with amenities galore, luxury villas or apartments. Your accommodations can and should be part of the experience!

Advocacy for Special Needs & Requests
Dietary needs, special needs family members, and mobility restrictions just to name a few.
Air Travel & Logistics
Planes, trains and automobiles… and ground transportation, car rentals, and ferries. Whatever the transportation needs are, I can arrange them for you and eliminate the worry. Having the logistical details finalized before your trip makes for less-stressful travel.
Cruises & Water Travel
Today, there are seemingly endless ways to travel or explore via water. You can choose from ocean cruises, river cruises or chartered yachts. Choose your focus; whether it be adventure, luxury or other thematic options (such as nature, wellness, cuisine, wine, golf, etc.). I will match your needs and wants perfectly to the overwhelming variety of options available.
Experiences
What makes a great destination even better? Truly getting to know the location. KM Travel Design LOVES to plan unique, immersive and memorable experiences specific to your destination, and based on your specific interests and comfort level. Whether it's bike riding tours in Amsterdam, cooking classes in Italy, tours with history professors in Spain, a visit to family run olive groves in France, or a rock concert in Berlin, the sky is the limit to what I can arrange to make your trip unforgettable. And since everyone has different tastes and styles, this is when having a travel professional to design something unique for your travel party truly makes a difference.
Guided/Escorted Tours & Vacations
Not everyone is ready to grab their travel documents and venture off to an unknown country on their own. Some people love to meet new people and develop new friendships while traveling. Guided group travel is a great option. Not the stereotypical tour buses and buffets of old, but groups designed with authentic and experiential travel in mind, with like-minded individuals. With almost unlimited options it can be overwhelming to find the right fit. I will match you with the perfect tour and make all the arrangements.
Travel Guidance
Assistance with all aspects of your travel experience. Travel insurance quotes, direction on travel visas, currency, packing lists, and much more. I'm here to help.
Booking Every Component of the Trip
This includes flights, accommodations, transfers, trains, private guides, special activities, and anything else that your custom designed trip includes. All of these are customized to compliment your style. I work hard to find the ideal choices based on the criteria you share with me, and book it all so that all you have to do is enjoy the experience.

Starting at $750.00*
AIR ONLY TICKETING
$25 per ticket domestic
$100 per ticket international
Service fees for heritage travel, language travel, groups, consultation on itineraries,
cruises, and escorted tours to be determined during complementary consultation.
*Additional travelers and exceptionally complex trips may result in higher fees.
